 Piaget Watch Company has presented the novelty named Polo Tourbillon Relatif. The watch created for real Parisians and Paris fans will be shown at the upcoming SIHH 2008 watch and jewelry show. The new wrist accessory (as well as previous models of the brand) is a special version of Piaget prestigious Polo Tourbillon Relatif watch. It is supplied with a unique mobile flying tourbillion which is suspended upon the minute hand of the watch. The tourbillon is hand-wound. Such a tourbillion is considered to be one of the most complicated, interesting and expensive devices in the haute Horlogerie world. It uses the unique Manufacture Piaget caliber 608P movement elaborated by the brand. The mechanism is adorned with 27 jewels and has 70 hours power reserve. So where we can find the Parisian spirit in the timepiece? First of all the magic of the City of Lights is felt when you see the dial featuring unique black and white spire pattern engraved with names of famous Parisians. Secondly, the sides of the Piaget Polo Tourbillon Relatif Paris Watch case made of 18K white gold and black lacquer are decorated with an intricate relief work that depicts world-known Paris monuments.
