If the item you received has somehow caused your dissatisfaction, there are the following options to consider:

- To get the refund, or return the watch should be in the same condition you received it.
- If the item has been damaged on intention or while wearing, the refund is impossible. To find out the character of damage, the specially qualified quality division checks every returned timepiece.
- In order to avoid damages, handle your watch in a careful way. Check whether the crown is well-screwed and avoid penetration of water inside the watch.
The major defects of production are usually eliminated. If it is not possible, we will send you the same model. If the similar watch is not in stock, we can offer another watch model available at the same price.
If you prefer to have a model at a higher price, you will have to cover the price difference. In the opposite case - when the price is less than the original one, we Р’В will refund the deference.
Moreover, if you want to exchange a watch you do not like, we will pay back a shipping charge. As for refunds, there is a $ 10 re-stocking fee to be covered by the customer.
If the purchase has been accidentally lost, please wait for the period of 30 days and we will have the chance to track down the package.
If the package is not found, you will get the refund.
