In case the item chosen by you is still in production or on back order, we will make sure you are informed at once. Freight charges vary depending on the weight of the product and the country of delivery.

Terms of Delivery:

Delivery through the USA will be fulfilled in the period of 7-12 business days, and 10 -14 days internationally.

WARNING:You should check your spam filters in case you do not get an informing letter from us within 24 ours. Make sure there are no emails blocked. This is the most frequent reason you do not receive letters from us. Please take advantage of our Tracking Service Info in order to avoid this.

Refund and Exchange:

If the item you received has somehow caused your dissatisfaction, there are the following options to consider:

• you can exchange the product for another one,
• you can have it repaired
• you can get your money back

Note: There are some cases when items are not accepted back.

The procedure is the following:

• Send your email message at and specify the details of the problem.

• To get the refund, or return the watch should be in the same condition you received it.
• If the item has been damaged on intention or while wearing, the refund is impossible. To find out the character of damage, the specially qualified quality division checks every returned timepiece.
• In order to avoid damages, handle your watch in a careful way. Check whether the crown is well-screwed and avoid penetration of water inside the watch.

The major defects of production are usually eliminated. If it is not possible, we will send you the same model. If the similar watch is not in stock, we can offer another watch model available at the same price.

If you prefer to have a model at a higher price, you will have to cover the price difference. In the opposite case - when the price is less than the original one, we will refund the deference.

Moreover, if you want to exchange a watch you do not like, we will pay back a shipping charge. As for refunds, there is a $ 10 re-stocking fee to be covered by the customer.

If the purchase has been accidentally lost, please wait for the period of 30 days and we will have the chance to track down the package.
If the package is not found, you will get the refund.

When you receive the package, an adult person should sign a document to confirm the reception of the parcel. The courier's message will inform you that the parcel has been delivered to the post office nearby.
